Here we have an original 70 71 sport mirror correct for the Ford Maverick. This bullet style of adjustable mirror was a costly optional add on which was offered as an upgrade replacing the non remote mirror. As a result Ford rarely installed these mirrors on the Maverick making them difficult to find today. We find this is not only valuable for the functionality, but it also adds style, looks, balance and a safety view factor to your classic car.
We have inspected this mirror and see no dents, dings, breaks or repairs. It has been freshly sprayed with a gray primer and are ready for an application of the high quality paint of your choice. We feel this will please most if not all proud owners looking for a pair of good clean originals. This sport mirror, being a true factory original, offers a far better fit than other force fit options that are not correct for your car. And as far as we have seen it is not out in reproduction whether U.S. made or import. This is the painted factory sport mirror and are not to be confused with the common chrome mirrors.
