Return
We offer a 30 day return policy from the receiving date. Please contact us for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before sending item back. Do not send the item back without a RMA number. It will delay refund process. All items purchased must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered and in original packaging. They cannot be assembled then disassembled. Items defective upon arrival must be packaged in their retail packaging as if new and returned with a detailed description of the issue. Return shipping fees are non refundable. Buyer is responsible for paying shipping both ways. There will be a 20% handling/restocking fee for returns.
