The top button is smooth

Refill:
The old "T-ball Jotter" refill write blue and is going strong.
The clip is the old 50s V clip.  I've heard some call it a "trough" clip.
Maker’s Mark :   ”Parker Made in USA
" with the old Parker logo  on the bottom of the cap.
This pen is excellent and is a very early Jotter.
