and Secondary D-Rings (7' x 7') around the perimeter that can be used depending on load size or used to connect more than one Cargo Net to another to make the net area larger. This Cargo net is made of strong 1.5" wide nylon webbing with 10" x 10" squares. It was manufactured by Certified Slings Inc for use by the Government aboard Naval Supply Vessels. It was built to withstand the rigors associated with ocean freight. The Cargo Net was originally tested and certified by the manufacturer. The certification tags are still attached. The manufacturers test certification was valid for two years and has expired. Not many Cargo Nets being sold on eBay have ever been tested or certified, but these were. So, whether you use it to secure a load or as a playground climbing structure, rest assured it is strong.
